We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You will also be responsible for spearheading the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Intune for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Intune deployment strategies and policies to meet business requirements
Configure and manage Intune policies, profiles, and device compliance settings
Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Optimize security and compliance settings, including IAM, DLP, M365 Compliance, and Threat Management for Servers and Client OS
Ensure compliance with Essential 8 maturity level requirements
Provide senior-level support as an escalation point for the service desk team
Requirements:
-Solid understanding of modern IT infrastructure, networks, and security concepts
-Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in hardware, software, and network environments
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proven time management and prioritization skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Effective problem solving and decision making
-Keen attention to detail
-Willingness to learn, adapt, grow, accept constructive criticism, and work as part of a team
-Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider is valuable, but not essential
-IT certifications or qualifications are preferred, but industry experience will be considered
-Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
-Experience with Windows environments and hybrid cloud configuration
-Experience with VM migration to Azure and M365 management
-Expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD
-Proficiency in Intune / Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online / Exchange OnPrem, and OneDrive / SharePoint Online / Teams
-Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications
-Experience with PowerShell and automation through Microsoft Graphs & Power Automation
-Preferably experience with ConnectWise Ticketing system
