Responsibilities Include:
Be the face and voice of our brand, providing world-class customer service that exceeds expectations.
Engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and
Take ownership of customer issues, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, manage inventory levels, send quotes, and coordinate shipments.
Cultivate strong customer relationships by proactively following up on their needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Requirements:

Tech savvy.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with online chat boxes and
3-5 years of experience in customer service.
Experience speaking over the phone.
Experience using CRMs and customer support tools.
Experience working with Australian clients.
