Job Description:
Become a Customer Service Specialist with administration skills to join our small-but-mighty team in delivering our B2C and B2B customers a fantastic experience across all inbound ---------- this role, you will be working alongside operations and reporting to the Manager Director, and you'll manage inbound enquiries, delivering timely and accurate support to their customers.


Responsibilities Include:
Be the face and voice of our brand, providing world-class customer service that exceeds expectations.
Engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, to assist with order placement, product inquiries, and after-sales ---------- e your problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
Take ownership of customer issues, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, manage inventory levels, send quotes, and coordinate shipments.
Cultivate strong customer relationships by proactively following up on their needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.


Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Objection handling.
Tech savvy.
Solid problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience with online chat boxes and email writing.
3-5 years of experience in customer service.
Experience speaking over the phone.
Experience using CRMs and customer support tools.
Experience working with Australian clients.
