Position Overview:

The events Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, promoting, and attending car events. Working in a hybrid approach with both local and overseas tea ---------- mbers, this role will play a crucial part in building brand awareness and fostering community engagement through regular car events, including hosting a Cre8tive Labs branded event once a month.


Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination: Work closely with internal tea ---------- mbers to plan and coordinate car events.

Research and Identification of Events: Utilize research on online platforms such as Facebook groups and Instagram, follow key influencers, and network within the community to identify relevant events for us to go to network and showcase our brand.

Create Own Events: Plan and execute a monthly Cre8tive Labs branded car event.

Registration and Promotion: Manage online registrations, promote events, and engage with the local community.

On-Site Coordination and Participation: Represent Cre8tive Labs at events, oversee on-site logistics, and provide post-event ---------- pliance and Quality Control: Adhere to legal considerations and maintain alignment with Cre8tive Labs' goals and quality standards.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and online research.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team ---------- tail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
