Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities--------------
Outbound Calling :
Proactively call and engage with potential prospects, leveraging fluency in English and a friendly demeanor to build rapport and establish relationships.


Email Management:
Organise, manage, and respond to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Lead Management:
Update and maintain lead sheets, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and status.

Customer Communication:
Engage with customers during the onboarding process, collecting briefs, and addressing ---------- voicing: Handle invoicing via Stripe, entering restaurant's accountants' information for accurate PDF invoicing.

Social Media Engagement & Management: Monitor, reply to, and manage Instagram DM's, as well as upload and schedule posts to our stories/feed to keep our company profile up to date.

Problem-Solving: Take charge of various problem-solving tasks, finding efficient solutions to everyday challenges.

Travel Coordination: Book routes for productions, organise flights, accommodations, and other travel-related necessities.

Administrative Support: Perform Personal Assistant tasks and other general administrative duties as required.

File and Workflow Management: Ensure approved files are uploaded on Final Cut, and set up workflow software like Asana or ---------- for team use.

Qualifications--------------
- Previous experience in an administrative role, outbound calls, and cold calling is an advantage
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in organisation relevant softwares
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
