Bilingual Spanish / English virtual scheduler for medical front office

We are a small, friendly office who put patient's first as shown by our google ratings. Our #1 goal is to treat patients like family members in a comforable family-like environment. IIS is specialists in embolization procedures and vein procedures.

We are a US based medical clinic in Texas with a 70-80% Spanish speaking population. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) virtual scheduler/ front office person for full time work. You would answer phone calls to the clinic. You would be trained in using our electronic health record (AdvancedMD) to set appointments and to set up charts. You would work with our on site team to answer phones and take care of our patients' needs. BEING BILINGUAL IS AN ABSOLUTE PRE-REQUISITE.
