Job Description: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Role: Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO
Type: Remote, Full-time (7am to 4pm HST) with 1 hour lunch break

Responsibilities:

-Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements within HST time zone.
-Facilitate communication between CEO and stakeholders.
-Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Organize digital files and assist with research.
-Coordinate meetings and record minutes.
-Handle ad hoc tasks with efficiency.

Qualifications:

-Prior experience supporting executives.
-Proficiency in virtual tools and communication.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Discretion and professionalism.
-Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-Remote work experience.
-Excellent communication skills.
