We are looking for Dedicated Full-Time and/or Part-Time Dental Virtual Assistants.

You will work directly for one or many dental offices, helping them run their clinics remotely.

We are looking for someone with the ability to perform the following skills:

- Scheduling
- Appointment
- Confirmations
- Recall Management
- Insurance Verifications
- Predeterminations
- Care Calls

Our Ideal candidates are highly organized with exceptional time management skills & the ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines & possess an eye for detail.

Strong communicators with positive can-do ---------- lf-starters who are team players maintain confidentiality, discretion and judgment in handling confidential medical documents & information of a critical & sensitive ---------- fortable learning using new technology.

Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility and readiness to change at the drop of a hat with a positive attitude and a fast & efficient approach to all tasks.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

You will be expected to do daily video calls with us, customers, and/or clients and provide updates on your progress.
