Join our Californian spa salon as a talented Social Media and Content Manager, where you'll be the superstar responsible for creating engaging TikToks, Reels & crafting captivating posts, also maximizing our online presence on Instagram and TikTok. You'll manage two Instagram accounts and two TikTok accounts, leveraging your experience with social media algorithms to boost our reach and engagement. We'll provide all necessary content, and our collaborative team will help you organize it into compelling topics and articles. If you're a creative professional with at least two years of Instagram and TikTok posting experience, graphic design skills, video editing abilities, and familiarity with social media algorithms, we want you on board.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years of experience in posting on Instagram and TikTok.
* Proficiency in social media algorithms for Instagram and TikTok.
* Strong graphic design skills.
* Video editing abilities.
* Ability to create engaging TikToks and Reels.
* Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to grow with our company.
* Ability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, with a flexible schedule.
* Starting payment of $400 per month, with potential for increased compensation based on performance.
