Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online Experience

Dump Truck Dispatcher, Inc is a rapidly growing US company. We need a bookkeeper with proven experience with QuickBooks Online.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English.

Our books are accrual based. We are looking for someone that has experience creating Journal Entries for deferred revenue and for recognizing the revenue on a monthly basis. As a SaaS company, we usually get paid a single annual payment but want to recognize the revenue monthly.

The initial clean-up work will take 20 to 40 hours. Then, I estimate it will take you approximately 10 hours per week to keep everything up to date.

If you do well on bookkeeping and want more work, we are frequently looking for help in other areas.
