Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory for our golf bag product line.
Analyze sales data, market trends, historical patterns, and other relevant factors to accurately forecast product demand and create sales forecasts.
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and senior management to gather input and insights for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient procurement, production, and delivery of golf bags and accessories.
Monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the supply chain and inventory management processes.
Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and forecast accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in customer demand to proactively adjust inventory and production plans.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and forecasting tools to track and analyze inventory levels and forecast demand.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of golf industry trends and familiarity with golf bags and accessories is a plus.
