Calibre Cleaning is a leading provider of cleaning services throughout Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to our clients by maintaining a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your role is to close sales for our team. We have a strong and healthy lead pipe, we mainly just need strong closers.

SKILLS ANS EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent sales experience and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be highly proficient with computers and online software (e.g. CRM, Voip systems, Google docs, livechat, etc.) Additional skills will be viewed favorably (e.g. social media management, copywriting, design, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
On an average day, you will be doing (but not limited to) the following activities:
- Continually learn the product and our value proposition
- Handling sales queries
- Making outbound calls to interested customers
