Software Developer for online tool

Hi! We are looking to hire a software specialist to develop a web-based tool for real estate investors. The tool's primary function is to offer investors, realtors, and retail buyers with a competitive market analysis of the their target property. Ideally, the tool scrapes data from public websites like Zillow, RedFin, and ---------- and compile into the market analysis.
Posting this as a "gig", but if we gain traction this will turn into a part-time / full-time ---------- real estate experience needed, we can provide information on the type of information we need to compile.
