Plan on working from a beachside villa in Bali? Awesome. That’s 100% possible with our remote working policy. We love for our employees to live amazing lives and want you to feel free to work from anywhere.

We’re also super flexible with time. All we care about is that you’re happy and the clients are happy. As long as you get your work done on time and to a high standard, we don’t care about where you’re working or what hours you’re working.

As a Social Media Account executive, your role is client-facing so if you are in a different time zone you will need to skew your work hours towards your clients so you are available when they are.

We’d love it if you…

- Agency experience is a MUST.
- Min 2 years experience using Facebook Business executive is required.
- Content Creation Maestro: Whether it's crafting engaging tweets or developing compelling Instagram stories, you have proven experience creating a diverse range of social media content.
- Design Whizz: You understand the power of visuals. Experience with graphic design, photo editing, and video editing tools (like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or even mobile editing apps) is a major plus.
- Social Media Savvy: You're comfortable with the ins and outs of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, ---------- om understanding their algorithms to knowing the latest features, you've got it all covered.
- Understanding the Numbers: You're not afraid of analytics. You know how to track and measure the performance of social media posts and campaigns, and you can use those insights to make strategic decisions.
- Social Media Management Tools: Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling posts, tracking performance, and managing multiple social media accounts.
- Creativity: We're a creative agency, after all. You've got the ability to come up with fresh, innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Detail-Oriented: Spelling errors and off-brand posts make you cringe. You double (and triple) check your work to make sure it's perfect.
- Organisation: You're comfortable juggling multiple clients, platforms and campaigns.
- Deadlines don't scare you — in fact, they motivate you.
- Team Player: You're ready to work closely with our team to bring our client's visions to life. Good communication skills are key.
- Adaptability: Social media is always changing, and so are we. You're ready to learn, grow and adapt with us.
- Client-Focused: You know that our work is all about helping our clients succeed. You're committed to understanding their goals and creating social media strategies that help achieve them.
A Cracker of a Portfolio: We'd love to see examples of your previous work in social media. Show us your best posts, most successful campaigns, and any creative content you've created.
