Zoho One Expert

Our company is looking for a Zoho One Expert to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can help us configure and maintain our Zoho One applications and has the intention to work with us on a long term basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho One applications.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho SalesIQ, CRM, Projects, Workdrive, and other Zoho suite products.
- Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for Zoho and its applications.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho One applications.
- Collaborating with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions to optimize business processes using Zoho applications.
- Integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Creating and managing Zoho workflows, automation, and scripting to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Zoho features and updates, recommending improvements and implementing best practices.
