Motion Graphics Assignment

I need someone to create me motion graphics videos for roughly 20 videos that are
approximately, 5 minutes in length each.
All of the videos I have shot with a presenter on a white back ground, with a script available.
I need to make these video more engaging, and include transitions,
animations, and text effects.
Here is are samples of the "type" of thing I'm looking for:
