Job Summary
We are seeking a YouTube Manager to help manage and grow our YouTube channel. As a YouTube manager, you will be responsible for various tasks such as reviewing analytics, providing timestamp for videos, providing captions using AI, editing and uploading videos, and managing the channel's comments section.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics related to the YouTube channel's content.
- Develop engaging and informative video scripts that align with the channel's objectives and target audience.
- Incorporate storytelling techniques and creative elements to captivate viewers' attention.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the script's alignment with visual elements and overall video production.

Manage the comments section of the YouTube channel:
- Monitor and moderate comments on the YouTube channel, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
- Engage with viewers by responding to comments, addressing questions, and fostering discussions.
- Filter and remove spam or inappropriate comments in accordance with community guidelines.
- Flag and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers or platforms for further action.
- Identify trends, patterns, and feedback from comments to inform content strategy and improve viewer engagement.

Analyze and report on the performance of the YouTube channel:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including views, likes, shares, and subscriber growth.
- Use analytics tools to gain insights into audience demographics, engagement levels, and viewing behavior.
- Generate reports and summaries that highlight channel performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize content, marketing strategies, and audience targeting based on data-driven analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders, such as the content team or management, for strategic decision-making.

Requirements
Experience with YouTube video creation and editing
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
