Situation: A financial organization automated their taxation computations. Project involved development of a tax calculator with a user interface. However, project has been on-going outside scope hence we had to stop development

Objective of the task: There is a document containing the calculator's specifications. However it is no longer updated. The task now will involve working backwards -- updating the specifications document based on what is indicated in the existing program. Updating will involve the following:

1) Document python program with embedded IBM-SPSS syntax/codes
2) Write process flow
3) Tabulate all formula involved in the program
4) Write simple and brief manual how to use the model

To reiterate, the resulting document should all be based on what is in the existing program. This is just a workaround.
