I am looking for a Webmaster / Server Admin to take care of the management of 8 to 10 websites located on our new VPS at InMotionHosting.com. The initial security checkup will require more investment in terms of hours compared to the monthly management once everything has been put into place. I am looking for a trustworthy, competent person with a few years of solid experience in server management. We are dealing with external web designers on an almost daily basis, making it necessary to manage and monitor secured access to our web properties.

Be familiar with InMotion managed servers

Be familiar with online community security managment (LearnDash and BuddyPress)
Ensure the web servers, hardware and software are operating accurately.
Examine and analyze site traffic

Excellent communication and reporting skills
Document and report to CEO through Basecamp

Perceived as a plus:

Master PHP, HTML 5, adaptive design
Lay out content on web pages.
Knowledge in UI Design
Create and modify appearance and setting of site.
Utilize scripting languages such as Javascript
Test websites to see if there are any parts that are difficult to use.
Fix links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.
Decide how site's content will be delivered to the Internet.
Test different browsers and ensure people with different computers can access a website.

Thank you,
Stephan
