JOB OVERVIEW

Be a Customer Service Assistant in your own home! We are a UK-based company looking for a full-time, home-based Customer Service Assistant to work with our Account Support Team in our Customer Success Department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report
2. Manages inbound and outbound emails within the department SLA.
3. Respond to customer questions via email
4. Follow communication templates when handling different topics
5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
6. Onboarding new customers

You do need to have excellent English ---------- ’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

- Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Gmail and other email applications
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendar
- Salesforce CRM system
- Communications apps like Slack and Google Meet

This is a full-time position
37.5 hours per week
