Shopify Customer Support Rep Needed

I am looking for a full time customer support rep for my ecommerce shop.

Must have experience with Shopify and has used Customer service software in the past

Will be responsible for handling all inbound emails, live website chat and Facebook chat.
Will need to be able to respond quickly to chat and provide tracking information and answers to various questions that come in.

Very good English and communication skills are a must.

Must be available from 8AM - 6PM PST
