Polished Geek is a thriving, growing monday(.com) Gold partner agency. We're looking for dependable, energetic people to manage and support our internal client and sales operations, and support our executives.
This position is for a full-time permanent hire on our team (after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period).
You will work directly with all members of our leadership team and are instrumental to our success and effectiveness as a consulting firm. You will report directly to the CEO and provide daily administrative support to the Client Success Manager and/or the Sales & Marketing
This role has the career potential to grow into a support analyst or support consultant position after 12 - 18 months if you have the interest and talent for business process analysis and learning monday?com at a highly detailed level.
The administrative responsibilities will be quite varied and will include:
1) Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for our consulting team, leadership, clients and executives.
2) Take detailed meeting notes during sales calls and demos by the sales team (average number of these calls each day is approximately 4-5).
3) Provide data entry administrative support in multiple software platforms (
4) Support the sales pipeline process with daily routine CRM tasks and ad hoc tasks as needed.
5) Prepare sales materials as directed (for example, pricing comparison charts in Excel, proposal supporting documentation in Word).
6) Audit and reconcile data between platforms and systems on a regular basis each week. Uncover discrepancies and provide supporting documentation to leadership tea
7) Thoroughly document internal business processes step-by-step as the position is learned to create an operations manual for our company.

9) Perform extensive data entry and analysis inside our monday(.com) account for sales, commissions, software revenue and other critical financial metrics
10) Other administrative and operational duties as
- Excellent written and verbal English - must be fluent and easy to understand
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills
- Experienced in preparing reports, performing data audits and analysis
- Experienced using CRM systems to organize, manage and report on data
- Strong experience with Excel, Word, Gmail, Zoom, Google Calendar and other common remote office software
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft and/or
- Phone call support for incoming calls may be required of this role in the future
- Team-oriented, patient and thorough
- Reliable and dedicated, eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to multitask: Able to effectively prioritize work to meet company needs in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and new task assignments
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality with all materials and information. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required upon hire.

All training will be provided as part of your job.
