Looking for a VA for social media marketing, business development, influencer marketing

Hello! I'm Caitlin and I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help me on an ongoing basis to grow my business through social media marketing, influencer marketing, blog syndication, increasing my audience, and winning more paid clients.

I am starting a business where I help people become digital nomads (where you travel and work from anywhere in the world). Currently in the pre-launch stage, and will launch in the next couple weeks, so I am looking to amp up my marketing ASAP.

My content and brand voice is comedic, bold, real (down-to-earth), and light hearted. All these things are important to maintain with all marketing ad content creation.

The goal of the VA is to help me grow my business and client base (for writing, marketing, and business development projects).

VA will help with a variety of tasks that will change with time a my business grows, but will include things like:

-Identify influencers in my industry, continually share their content, provide them value, and build relationships with them
-Craft Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook posts to share industry content and inspirational/funny quotes about travel and entrepreneurship
-Research and create lists of potential clients that I can reach out to close more client work. Draft outreach emails
-Find and share articles relevant to travel and entrepreneurship on social media
-Identify opportunities for guest blog posting and sources to send my content to be published
-Follow influencer and industry blogs to leave thoughtful comments

Tasks to alter as we progress. You must be fluent in English and have an expert command on written English with no spelling and grammar mistakes as you will be responsible for drafting social media posts, blog comments, etc.

We will start working together for 10-20 hours/week for 2-3 weeks to see if this is a good fit to continue in the long run.
