Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Verification: Conduct research to collect email addresses and contact information of potential clients. Ensure the data's accuracy through thorough verification processes.

2. Data Entry: Accurately input collected data into designated systems and platforms, such as Mailchimp, ensuring zero errors.

3. Adherence to Protocols: Strictly follow guidelines and protocols provided for each task, ensuring consistency and quality of work.

4. Regular Reporting: Update and report on task progress regularly, ensuring any challenges or blockers are communicated promptly.

5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest tools, platforms, and best practices related to data collection and entry. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in data collection, verification, and entry.
2. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, especially Mailchimp, is a plus.
3. Exceptional attention to detail.
4. Strong research skills and proficiency in using online tools.
5. Effective time management skills.
6. Excellent written communication in English.
7. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
