Email Marketing Campaign Specialist - P/T

Responsibilities/Duties generally include but are not limited to:

List Building:
- Research and identify potential leads.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts.
- Segment lists based on various criteria to target specific markets.

Email Campaign Setup:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling and grammatically correct email content.
- Test different email formats to determine the most effective.
Monitor Email Suspension:
- Monitor email deliverability and bounce rates.
- Address and resolve any issues related to email suspension or spam.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant email regulations and standards.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide regular reports on email campaign results, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align email campaigns with overall company goals.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with tea ---------- mbers as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling, data entry, and support.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Google Workspace, etc.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks ---------- tail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Gmail Settings.
Have worked remotely for an American company/timezone.
At least 8GB RAM to handle multiple web-based applications, wired unlimited internet connection (involves heavy file up/downloads, consumable subscription is not enough), working camera for tea ---------- etings, and a comfortable + zero distraction workspace/office.

Anyone currently working with a direct competitor.
Someone with any chance of possible overlapping schedules within our business hours regardless of your assigned shift (We’ll be able to know, of course. Even if you don’t tell us, so don’t try.).
Lack of any experience working with a remote team and a foreign clientele.
If you prefer working independently or without consistent team collaboration.
You can’t start ASAP.
