For this position we are looking for someone who can:

work independently
has a niche for graphic design and esthetics
solution oriented
understands research and program development

We are looking for the following tasks:
Ongoing support for current project launch and maintenance
Ability to use canva to design slides for presentations and other marketing needs
Some working knowledge of video editing (extracting audio layering overtop of a video, shorten videos to make highlights, effects etc)
Ability to create and keep project on tasks
Support in creating social media content (captions, graphics etc)
Support in creating social media calendar
Support in creating content for facebook group
Able to create and put systems in place to streamline processes for effect client/member workflow
Working knowledge of : high level, canva, capcut (or other video editing software) , youtube, facebook, instagram
Ability to keep track of facebook ads data on spreadsheet so data can be analyzed consistently
Working knowledge on how to navigate facebook ads (how to stop ads, how to pull required data) You will not run ads only monitor and pull the data
Working knowledge on how to pull data from social media platforms for posts (views, clicks, reach)
Support in creating an effective tracking system for social media output to ensure we have visibility on how our platforms are performing

Note: This is a new project we are working on and intend for it to grow as time progresses. We do not have a foreseeable end date for this project.
