Influencer Marketing Assistant

Full time influencer marketing assistants needed for pet art company.

We are looking for a number of staff to join our influencer marketing department to help scale up our influencer marketing program as we head towards Christmas.

The hired candidates will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining database of influencers across a range of platforms
• Outreach and maintain communication with influencers to secure partnerships
• Arrange and manage the signing of agreements with the influencers
• Arrange orders to be produced and sent to influencer according to our timelines and posting deadlines
• Track the order and ensure influencer produces high quality content
• Review / approve content for posting
• Track the status of the post and save the raw files for use in our marketing departments

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working in a fast paced digital marketing environment
• Understand how to find influencers and how to check / verify their engagement statistics
• Be organised and able to maintain a spreadsheet / manage email communication
• Be friendly and professional via email, with fluent written English
• Happy to report to an influencer department manager on a weekly basis, or perhaps more frequently
• Work to tight deadlines

We are looking for someone familiar with Instagram and TikTok specifically.
