Experienced Social Media Specialist for LinkedIn and/or YouTube

We are looking for a HIGHLY SKILLED social media specialist to join our digital marketing agency. You need to be skilled in either LinkedIn or YouTube, or ideally both (you could command a higher salary). Please read the requirements for the specific platform role you are applying to, as you will need to match those requirements. For either type of job, you need to meet the general requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

General Requirements:
> At least 3 years of experience with YouTube/LinkedIn FOR BUSINESS (this means posting, doing community engagement, and monitoring analytics for a company or organization channel/page)
> C1 English or above
> Reliable communication and dedication to performance and continued learning

YouTube Specialist Requirements:
> Experience growing channels through engagement
> Understanding of the YouTube algorithm (we will expect you to provide recommendations to help videos rank and the channel grow)
> Ability to do light video editing to convert long-form videos into shorts


LinkedIn Specialist Requirements:
> Deep understanding of how to do outreach through LinkedIn (both group messages and through Sales Navigator)
> Experience with Sales Navigator and preferably LinkedIn certification to prove it
> Ability to meticulously track outreach activities
> Ability to deliver results (scheduled appointments) as a result of outreach activities
