2D Graphic Artist, animator for mobile app.

I am working with a big local charity here in the UK, to build a mobile app for them to prevent children being bitten by dogs. I am looking for someone that can build me some animated characters to put in the app. I am inspired by the "Word Chums" (for iOS) mobile app characters. We are likely to be using Unity, Cocos2d or BuildBox to build the app so that it will run across multiple devices. I would like you to have a look at the "Word Chums" app and then give me some idea if you would be able to build me an animated but idle character of "Woody" the dog. I will provide an initial idea of "Woody" via Dropbox. Once this is done and I am happy we will pay you and move on with further characters and game resources. if you take this job on and work with us, you will be working indirectly with one of the biggest charities in the UK and I will promote your work to them.
