We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and drive our sales efforts.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative at DocNexus, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, connecting with potential clients, and laying the foundation for successful customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify and qualify potential clients within the life science Upgrade to see actual infoitiating and maintaining contact with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social Upgrade to see actual infocating prospects about our innovative data platform and how it can address their specific needs and challenges.
Qualifying leads by understanding their pain points, business goals, and budget considerations.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
Documenting prospect interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Continuously improving your understanding of the healthcare industry, our products, and our competitive Upgrade to see actual infoeting and exceeding individual and team-based targets for lead generation and qualification.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills for effective outreach.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
Basic understanding of the life science industry or a willingness to learn.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
