About Us:
GMZ Media Group, a rapidly growing media company, seeks a dynamic Recruiter/HR Manager to join our team. We need someone who can keep up with our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Source applicants for various roles.
Review applicants' samples and qualifications.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Negotiate compensation rates with selected candidates.
Onboard freelancers and provide the necessary support.
Answer inquiries from freelancers.
Manage payroll for all freelancers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum three years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Strong understanding of the media industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
