Quick Tips For Those of You Who Want to Improve English Writing

  • Short sentence - The majority of your sentences should not exceed 13 words. Each sentence should present only one idea. Break your long sentences into 2 or 3 sentences. If your sentence appears longer than 2 lines, it is too long.

  • Short paragraph - The majority of your paragraph should consist of only 3-4 sentences. You should be able to convey any single point of your paragraph within this structure. Cut your lengthy words. Make it clear and move on.

  • Use conversational tone - For examples of conversational tone, read articles on: wisebread.com, lifehacker.com

Each day, failure applicants submit applications without reading the posted submission requirements. This behavior shows these applicants don’t respect other people’s time. Take your application seriously, and our company will take you seriously.
