Recruitment process
Please read this process before taking action so you’re aware of the process we will go through.

Step 1 - by Thursday 17th August:

1)Please send a link to your portfolio, ideally an edited selection of your best examples of the kind of work we’re looking for
2) Let us know where you source images from so as not to break copyright - send examples of 3 images you would use on our home page.
3)Use reference HU002D in the subject line of your message

Step 2:

If you progress to the next stage of the recruitment process we’ll ask you to do up to 3 tasks to show us:
1) what you can do, your talent
2) we can see how well we work together

Please note, these tasks are not meant to be a way for us to get free work from you, so please feel free to watermark them or similar.

What we’ll be looking for:

1) Attention to detail - we don’t like having to correct small mistakes
2) Looks aligned and part of our brand
3) Set out in a way that makes it appealing to the audience and easy to read/understand because we live in a world of skimming and short attention spans

Step 3: Thurs 31st of August

Offer the post to the successful candidate
