We looking for a Project Manager to add to our team to help with our several Online Membership Sites. You need to be good at your job, be enjoyable to work with, not be a pushover (including to management) and be available to consistently work. We will help you be successful.

This is a full time long term position. For an excellent candidate, we'd consider a part time position but still expect to have a long term relationship.

These are the types of tasks and activities you’ll be doing:
- Ensure team members have what they need, are successful, happy and actively engaged
- Managing multiple projects and update everybody with deadlines, milestones and tasks
- Giving tasks to design, development, editing and content team members
- Review and give feedback to team members on their performance
- Make recommendations for hiring, firing and changing responsiblities to team members
- Project planning and estimating due dates or estimating needed resources to keep a due date
- Ensuring processes are documented and followed to help make the team work more efficiently
- Keep management and team focused on the highest priority tasks, projects and deadlines

Position Specifics & Benefits:
Hours: 40 per week (8 hours per day during weekdays)

Working hours: During training (approx first 3 weeks), your work hours must include 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday MDT (12am to 6am PHT Tuesday to Saturday) - see http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?qm=1&lid=1701668,5844096&h=1701668&date=2016-8-2&sln=0-6.
After the first 3 weeks, we can adjust work hours to accomdate your schedule and times that we can meet each day.

One (1) sick/vacation days paid per month starting after 1 month of service.

Pay:
Payment will be made weekly for the first 2 months, then monthly from then on.
13th month pay (prorated for first year)
Consideration to pay SS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig after 6 months of service
