What is the critical requirement?

Fluent in English
Excellent Design Skills
Previous experience with an Amazon business

Able to work quickly and efficiently
Overcoming problems by themselves
Creativity
Experience with one design based ---------- otoshop,

Beneficial but not necessary:

Experience working in a toy or clothing company
