Career Recruiter/ Job Agent

Looking to outsource my job search process. This is a test for a new start-up. If this goes well there is full-time employment offered after. This person would apply for roles on my behalf and set up job interviews. The ideal candidate would have recruitment experience and know how to edit resumes and write cover letters.
