Accounts All Rounder- Accounts Receivables

We are looking for an Accounts All- Rounder, specifically with experience in Accounts Receivables, sales tracking and reporting. This person will join a team of 5 who currently work in our Accounts/Finance team.

This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines only, and it is expected the successful candidate works AEST hours, in a Full Time capacity.

Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts inbox, including diverting questions to the right tea ---------- mbers and answering accounting questions (internal and external)
Provide estimated cost for upgrades and downgrades
Provide amount for compensation on damages
Daily and weekly reporting including; Sales, KPI & Marketing (ROA) reporting
Fraud management and monitoring
Bank and 3rd party payment provider disputes
Pricing calculation (Calculate sale price according to the current cost structure to align with company desired GP)
Bank & accounts receivable reconciliation
Process improvement & implementation

Requirements:
4 years experience in similar position
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
Experience working remotely with an English speaking company IE UK, USA, Australia, Canada.

Preferred but not essential
Experience in either FMCG/ Logistics/ Retail/ Warehousing
