Swanky Sugar is looking for a Marketing Specialist who is articulate, has great attention to detail and follows through on tasks. Your job is to bring high quality clients into the business using our Social Media platforms, Email Marketing, and other digital advertising methods. We are looking for someone to help us grow our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop on-brand materials for social media, email, digital ads, etc.

Schedule social media posts for Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories), and Facebook inside our social media scheduler, Later.

Schedule monthly emails and build our email sequences inside our email service provider, Mail Chimp.

Upload and optimize content for our blog hosted on WordPress ---------- anized with close attention to detail to ensure correct information is communicated and in a timely manner (must be able to meet reasonably set deadlines and keep internal processes moving)

Engage with our audience and respond to messages and comments in a timely fashion - within 1 business day

Update birthday mailing list spreadsheet In Google Sheets from Mangomint Client Intake Forms.

Update New Client mailing list spreadsheet in Google Sheets for Thank You cards, from Mangomint ---------- n attend a once-per-week meeting to cover strategic goals, current projects, deadlines etc.
