Facebook Ads Manager

We are looking for an experienced person to help us boost the e-commerce business, especially through Facebook and Instagram Ads.
Your job will include the following:
- analyzing a list of products and assessing their marketability
- creating ads visuals and posts for the campaigns
- creating test campaigns to test posts, approaches, products, audiences, etc.
- boosting the most profitable campaigns and ads
-analyzing the results through Ads Manager as well as from the store statistics and sales

We expect the future employee to be skilled at:
- graphic design for the creation of ads visuals,
- Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business to create campaigns, assess their effectiveness and adjust them further
- E-commerce Advertising with focus on conversion rates and sales
