Taxation Supervisor

Job Summary:
He/she provide guidance to the tax accounting and tax compliance departments by offering advice and adequate supervision on subject-matter knowledge and intricate tax matters.He/she to supervise the compliance, planning, and reporting of taxes. Supervises the completion of proper returns to reduce an organization's tax liabilities.

Job Responsibilities
?Managing engagements and addressing the majority of accounting difficulties that come up throughout the tax engagement under the direction of the tax manager.
?For standard tax difficulties, contact the responsible tax bureau.
?Provide fast resolution to all tax-related difficulties for new shop openings, including tax invoice management, general taxpayer and filings for VAT, etc.
?Examine and advise clients on tax-related concerns.
?Supervise the tax function as it relates to hedge funds, including the creation, review, and defense of all federal and state tax returns.
?Monitoring and examining tax returns.
?Actively keep an eye out for changes to federal and state tax laws to make sure that the proper planning, compliance, and reporting are done.
?Identifies and shares with department management potential risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
?Prepare federal tax reporting for foreign aspects.
?Help with numerous international operations tasks (e.g., transfer pricing, tax incentives, foreign tax credit review).
?Review and production of corporation tax returns for the federal, state, and local levels.
?Prepare client correspondence that addresses tax advice and technical tax difficulties. Write tax letters to the IRS and state tax authorities.
?Manage projects, make suggestions, and actively and independently investigate problems.

Job Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Public Accounting, and any related field
?Proven work experience of income tax experience in a multi-state large corporation or any taxation-related field
?A keen eye for detail
?Excellent attitude, cooperative, and team player
?Must be able to use MS Office suite
