Graphic Designer with web design skills for Web Design Company

We are looking for a new member for our team. You would be responsible for the graphic designs and other graphic aspects including making Photoshop templates, banners, icons, Wordpress templates, illustrations and much more. Illustrator, Flash are a plus, a basic understanding of HTML and CSS are required as well.

These requirements are a MUST:

-Excellent knowledge of Photoshop
-Ability to communicate in English well
-Ability to turn work around fast - sometimes we need things done the same day
-Will need to work on "secondary" projects when you don't have priority projects to fulfill hourly requirements (a priority list will be given by employer
-Flexibility on your schedule, at least during training, so that we can easily communicate if our time zones do not match.
-Available 40 hours a week
-Not currently working with another employer, you would work for us exclusively

-Your wages may start low, but increase after a trial period of you are the *right* person for the job
