Alex Thomas, a trained Confidence Coach, is on a mission to transform lives by bringing the best content and programs on the topics of confidence, social anxiety, and connection.

We are looking for a talented social media manager and video editor who is passionate about mental health and personal development! As our social media manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us create and share engaging content that inspires, educates, and supports our community.


Role's Mission:

Grow Alex's audience on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, and Podcast by editing, posting, and analyzing content.

Your Objectives and Responsibilities:

- Edit & Post Podcast Episodes
- Edit and Post Short Form Videos + Long Form Videos on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube
- Analyze metrics for each video to come up with actionable insights to improve KPIs for future videos

Requirements:

1+ Year of Video Editing

2+ Year of Social Media Management

Salary

$400 - $850 per month (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:

Fulltime: ~ 40 hours per week

You will work directly with our founder, Alex Thomas. Alex is a proven serial entrepreneur from the United States. As a Confidence Coach, and through his own struggles with social anxiety, he has become passionate about solving this problem for others.
