JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across various platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content, including text posts, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to the target audience.
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule, optimizing posting times for maximum reach and interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and relevant conversations, and apply insights to refine strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to showcase performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in content marketing or digital media.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and concise content.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing social media metrics to inform strategy.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
