We're a fast growing Amazon FBA community and we're looking for a customer success manager to help us take care of our students.
You need to have experience in:
- Managing an online community or similar business
- Onboarding new customers (creating the systems for it)
- Managing customer success agents/teams
- Developing support systems (such as on-boarding flows etc)
Please only apply if you have experience managing this type of community, we're not looking for for people with general customer support experience.
You need to have implemented and managed systems for customer support and managed teams below you.
