JOB OVERVIEW

Main Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, monitor the marketing and sales activities being implemented in different e-commerce platforms

Main Tasks:
Timely respond to customer inquiries, reviews and feedback coming from different online channels such as Lazada, Shopee, Website, Email, Viber, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Implement and monitor marketing promotions in different online sales channels
Recommend online sales channel features that could optimize and boost sales
Assist in uploading product descriptions, photos and activities that would improve the listings
Coordinate administrative tasks related to products such as FDA registration, etc.

Work Set-Up:
Full time work; Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-3:30pm
Hybrid set-up: Work from home schedule: 2x a week; Report to Office: 3x a week with Wednesdays as a mandatory day; The rest of the days, upon employee’s discretion;
Saturday is WFH


Must be/have:
Proficient in Filipino and English both in speaking and writing
Enthusiastic to help customers in resolving their issues
Enjoy learning about the organization’s products.
Knowledgeable on running ads in Lazada, Shopee
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or other related course
Computer and online apps-use literate - Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets, Slack, Trello
Should have his/her own laptop with reliable internet connection.
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
Great learner - bookworm a plus!
