If you ARE able to work with different themes and can create great looking captivating designs and Wordpress pages that truly stand out, then we want YOU to join our team!

As a key person on our digital team, we need you to be available on Skype and be very responsive. We are NOT looking for someone who has multiple clients and takes hours or days to respond to a request. You will have many small and different type of design work from us all the time. We will keep you busy full-time and expect fast and brilliant work from you.

WHO IS THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS POSITION?

1. You can communication well in English.
2. You can knock-out a great looking unique logo in 20 minutes.
3. You have proven experience with WordPress themes, designs and logos.
4. You have hands-on experience with building WordPress sites.
5. You are familiar with themes, plugins and know how to customize WordPress templates.
6. You make great designs that stand out, whether you're working in Photoshop or customizing a page.
7. You have curiosity and drive to get better. You constantly look at other websites and emulate designs to improve.
8. You can accept feedback and criticism, and have a "never give up" attitude.
9. You are punctual, reliable, and don't make excuses of any kind.
10. You can meet tight deadlines, and find solutions to problems when they occur, on your own.
11. You have a self-starter attitude and can find solutions independently, using Google, YouTube and forums etc.
12. You are flexible and can handle any design task we give you.
13. You are available on Skype responsive during whatever working hours we have agreed.
14. You keep projects and tasks well organized, and can prioritize them and keep track of progress.
15. You're happy to report about your progress (briefly) on a daily basis, and more in-depth on a weekly basis.
15. Most importantly YOU HAVE A GOOD EYE FOR DESIGN!

4. The above page will be your test. I want you to use our theme (Popcorn theme) and create a page that is equally visually appealing, but in a different niche. The page should look very very similar to the sample when you're done, but using our theme.

If you're a good candidate we will have a short Skype interview and you can screen share and show some examples of previous work related WP customization and web design, (please include links to your top 3 designs in your application).
