Guest Relation Specialist

Welcome to Hermosa Residential Resorts, located in Destin, Florida, USA. We manage (7 - 12) high-end luxury short-term rentals. Each is roughly eight bedrooms, 464.5152 SQM, and sleeps approximately 24 people.

We seek a guest relation specialist who helps guide guests to an unforgettable vacation—someone who will take reservations and answer guest questions via phone, text, and email—scheduling maintenance and paying vendors. Ensure guests have a great vacation, pro at finding solutions to guests experiencing an issue. You will be the primary contact for the company. We want to partner with an energetic, uplifting person excited to work alongside us: We are a small company that has family values: Annual bonus, and other perks.


Hours ( May slightly change )

Saturday- 10:30 am - 7:30 pm ( 8 hours with 1 hour break 12-1)
Sunday- 9 am - 6 pm ( 8 hours with 1 hour break 12-1)
Monday- OFF
Tuesday- 9 am - 6 pm ( 8 hours with 1 hour break 12-1)
Wednesday- 9 am - 6 pm ( 8 hours with 1 hour break 12-1)
Thursday- OFF
Friday- 9 am - 6 pm ( 8 hours with 1 hour break 12-1)




Pay

$800 USD Monthly (40 hours/ week = 160 hours/ month) + 13th month + Birthday bonus
The company covers bank fees
You get paid on the 1st & 15th of every month
