About the Job:
We are looking for a passionate Full-Stack Software Engineer who is particularly skilled in frontend development but has experience with backend as well. An aptitude for UI/UX and design will be heavily favoured. The ideal candidate should be competent in all stages of software development, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full web stack (front-end and back-end).
* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
* Maintain code quality through best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
* Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
* Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operational activities.

General Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will check yes to most, if not all, of the following:
* 5+ years experience in full-stack development (preferably in both enterprise and start-up environments)
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front end technologies.
* Proficiency with PHP.
* Solid experience with relational databases like MySQL.
* An aptitude for intuitive UI/UX design.
* Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent programming, debugging, documentation, and optimization skills in general-purpose programming languages
