Construction Production Manager and Estimator

Job Summary:
We are seeking for a skilled Construction Production Manager to oversee production activities on construction projects. Responsible for resource coordination, efficiency, and quality standards. Requires leadership, organizational skills, and deep construction knowledge; as well as preparing proper construction estimates and quotes.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop production plans, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and manage material procurement.
Resource Management: Allocate labor and manage subcontractors.
Quality Control: Enforce standards, conduct inspections, and address design changes or challenges affecting production.
Cost Management: Monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, collaborate with estimators, and review projects
Communication and Leadership: Communicate project goals, foster collaboration, and act as a point of contact for clients.
Create Construction Estimates: Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to identify and quantify the materials required for each project.

Requirements:
Experience as a Construction Production Manager or experience in construction is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of construction safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
