The MVMT Team at Compass, a New York-based real estate company, is growing and looking for results-driven CRM Manager.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of utilizing Follow Up Boss to drive results
Advanced proficiency in Follow Up Boss, including in-depth knowledge of its features, functionalities, and integrations
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized

Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable on zoom during shift (sharing screen and on cam)
Stable internet connection (preferably 50+ mbps)
Noise cancelling headset
Work on EST timezone
