We are searching for a passionate Instagram and TikTok Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team and help amplify our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

Develop and execute a growth-centric content strategy for both Instagram and TikTok.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for both platforms.
Keep updated with the latest trends, ensuring that the brand remains ahead of the curve.
Engagement & Community Building:

Foster and grow our community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and initiating collaborations.
Regularly engage with other industry-related profiles to enhance our visibility and drive organic growth.
Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of our ---------- e insights to refine content strategies, optimize engagement, and increase followers.
Paid Campaign Management:

Design, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns specifically tailored for Instagram and TikTok.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI.
Platform Algorithm Mastery:

Continually update knowledge on both platforms' algorithms to ensure content maximizes reach and engagement.
Implement strategies to leverage platform-specific features like Instagram Stories, IGTV, TikTok challenges, etc.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the broader marketing and product teams to ensure platform strategies align with overall brand goals and product launches.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in social media growth, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
Proficient in analytics tools and understanding of social media metrics.
Strong understanding of the latest trends, hashtags, and challenges on both platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
